Head Games
As I mentioned, at a fateful birthday party on July 4th, a friend of mine asked me to knit some baby hats for her 6 month old (approx., with a big head….) Little did she know that I’d be spending the next month addicted to hat knitting! It is a great stash buster (as I’m sure you hat knitters already knew), and a fun way to add “real” projects to my Ravelry list (I tend to make up my projects usually). Here’s what I’ve completed so far:

Yes, that’s 10 hats - and I have at least 2 more that I haven’t photographed, and 2 more on the needles! I’m planning on mailing the ones I have done this week to my friend, and having her pass those that don’t fit/she doesn’t want to Kristy to take to the Ukraine this fall. This completing things quickly idea is a great one! Now off to update my stash page …

Cute! And WOW - you have been busy!
Hat knitting is so addictive. When I knit one, I tend to knit several immediately thereafter.
Wow! Hat knitting is addictive but that picture is a nice bit of proof! Cute hats.
