D’oh!

So I was bringing my Red Scarf 2 out for photographs when I realized d’oh, I’m actually done! I had thought I needed to make it longer, but it’s over 60 inches right now so I am done! I’m going to make an edging like my last one, but the length is done. I’ve photographed it with the rest of my work for this month. My mom’s friend is a crocheter and collector of yarn, and has passed on to me 10 skeins of red acrylic for me to make more Red Scarves! I know, I’d better get to it!

Love my crochet “gauge”?  I started with a really wide scarf and somehow with lost crochet hooks and just general ineptitude the scarf is much smaller now.  I hope the recipient will still enjoy it and know it was made with love and support!

It’s a special, geometric scarf. An elongated trapezoid!

    Yeah…that’s the ticket. :)

I think you did a great job, and the recipient is sure to know that it was made with love in every stitch. And they’ll never have to worry about getting it confused with anyone else’s scarf!

An elongated trapezoid. [snorts with laughter]. But cute! And done. Yay!
