CIPing!

After having crocheted in public for about 2 weeks (off and on, in between dyeing and drying yarn) I finished my first Red Scarf 2008! It’s made of 3 skeins of Knit Picks Andean Silk handdyed by me (in a very, very volatile colorway), and the outer edging in Pingouin Pingofrance that I got from a trade recently. It was a fun crochet project, but I’m glad it’s done. I hope even if it’s not the most gorgeous scarf my recipient knows it’s made with love!

Ditto on me crocheting it too! It’s very nice and I’m sure will be much appreciated. Off to start mine now!

Lol, same here. I’d love to learn how to crochet, though. It looks pretty cool, I like the edging idea.

Very nice! And I have yet to try CIP’ing. I’m afraid the colorful language involved would either get me fired or locked up for corrupting the young. And we know what happened to Socrates when they locked him up for that!
