Wow, I barely listened to Air America at all today and I’m even more depressed. Maybe I should go play some golf. Anyway, I feel horrible about even remotely capitalizing on the devastation in New Orleans, Mississippi, etc., but just so you know, there are a couple of great things going on in the crafty [blog] world. First, buy some beautiful and handy crafts and the creators will donate the proceeds to disaster relief:

P.S. A lot of companies have matching donations. BR’s does normally, but apparently in this case they are doing double matching — my $50 suddenly turns into $150. So check out your or your spouse’s employer when donating to the relief fund(s) and make your money work for those in need.
