Damned Elann! I just figured out you can search by yarn color, so I looked for all the black, “blacks”, and “reds” that they have, and, $100 later, I should soon be the proud owner of the most gorgeous-looking Classic Elite Gatsby in Charcoal, a black with white flecks Aran weight yarn. I also bought my first cone (I have been obsessed with buying a cone of yarn for some reason), of Silk City Bounce in Onyx. I hope it turns out as shiny as it looks in the picture. It looks like gift wrapping ribbon, but we’ll see how it goes.

Once BR is safely back to wroking “all the hours” I can start documenting my current collection of yarn.

Projects, on the other hand, aren’t going so well. Of course my Dad’s Father’s Day tie is permanently on the back burner, as is IM’s baby blanket. I am still at the trying on stage of my Minisweaters, and now I’m working on my Stately Shrug and Tivoli t-shirt and I’m not sure how they’re doing. I guess I’ll fill you in tomorrow, on Knitalong Day.
