I think I found it … the yarn to use for my A Good Bias shrug. I’m a big fan of Knitpicks.com, and even though they have a new yarn (”Crayon”) that looks cool, it looks way too much like Mission Falls 1824 Cotton which I hate knitting with (but it might work for those of you that don’t have a preconceived notion about that yarn), I decided their other new yarn, “Shine” looks just as good to me, but less bumpy. I think I’m going to order it in “Cherry” and see how it goes.

Also on Knitpicks.com I fell in love with a lace shawl (now, I am a librarian, but I don’t know if I’d ever wear a shawl, and also I really suck at lace) from the “A Gathering of Lace” book, so I need to buy the yarn since my book is supposedly on its way.

Yeah! Another two projects!

    Elspeth, Shine looks like beautiful yarn. The shrug will be absolutely stunning in Cherry.
